How fares work
Nagara’s Virtual Meter uses GPS and government fare rules to calculate charges the way a physical meter does — distance, wait time, and traffic slowdowns where the rules require it. Who we are
Nagara Auto is operated by Brandpride Mobility Pvt. Ltd., based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The service was founded by Niranjanaradhya N and Shivanna D, and works with professional auto and taxi drivers who charge by the meter — including street-hailable vehicles that are easy to spot with Nagara identifiers on the fleet.
